Our History

Formed in 1999 as Insurance Management Company, our partnership approach allowed IMC to quickly grow into one of the largest insurance agencies in Southwest Florida. Our history in this area through the Mann Webb & Nelson Insurance Agency and subsequently the international insurance brokerage firm, Sedgwick, created a foundation for IMC of a community oriented insurance agency with professional insurance and risk services expertise.  In 2007 we joined with Lykes Insurance with locations in Tampa and Winter Park.  Lykes Insurance was established in 1925 and has a long rich history .
